Senergy SmartHomes is a green modular construction company that will utilize environmentally sustainable systems-built processes to design, build, and sell quality, affordable housing in Washington, DC and the surrounding region.

Located in a federally-recognized Enterprise Zone in the District of Columbia, Senergy will employ approximately fifty local residents primarily from neighborhoods east of the Anacostia River, will provide affordable middleclass and workforce housing, and will help the District of Columbia further establish itself as a strong leader in the environmental movement.

Our homes will be built with an emphasis on sustainability by utilizing healthy materials and the latest practices in energy conservation, production, and reuse. By cutting the cost of construction, reducing the time it takes to construct new housing, and increasing the quality of affordable housing, Senergy can market its SmartHomes to a wide array of people who are looking for a healthier place to call home.
